1. Subscription Plans

iTrove POS offers paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or as specified at the time of purchase).

All features, pricing, and billing cycles are clearly displayed before purchase.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through their account dashboard (if available).

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.

  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

👉 Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.


3. Refund Policy

❌ No Automatic Refunds

  • All subscription fees paid to iTrove POS are non-refundable.

  • This includes:

    • Monthly subscriptions

    • Annual subscriptions

    • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)


✅ Exceptional Refunds (At Our Discretion)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Incorrect billing due to a technical error

  • Payment charged after confirmed cancellation

All such refund requests are:

  • Reviewed manually

  • Approved or rejected at the sole discretion of iTrove POS


4. Free Trial (If Applicable)

  • Free trials are provided to allow users to evaluate the software before purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued once a paid subscription is activated after the trial period ends.


5. Payment Failures & Chargebacks

  • If a payment fails, access to paid features may be temporarily suspended.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in:

    • Immediate account suspension

    • Termination of services


6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
iTrove POS is not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment providers or banks.
